I hadn't even seen a commercial or trailer for it, so I went into the theater not knowing at all what to expect. I hadn't even seen a poster. I just new it was a 3-D movie - that's all! So I was definitely surprised by how good it was and I loved the cast chosen for it. Especially Frank from Friends! I saw it over New Year’s and loved it! I hadn’t even seen a commercial or trailer for it, so I went into the theater not knowing at all what to expect. I hadn’t even seen a poster. I just new it was a 3-D movie – that’s all!

So I was definitely surprised by how good it was and I loved the cast chosen for it. Especially Frank from Friends!

I think I may have preferred to see it on a regular screen just to avoid that, but I admit the effects were amazing. What did you think about the social commentary underlying the storyline? The whole parallel with the war in Iraq and the displacement of Indigenous cultures by invading nations? I realise you didn't address this at all in your commentary and wonder if you did it on purpose? Is that all over the 'news/gossip/reviews' in the US like it is here in Australia? Just curious.
