Whenever I use waterproof I can never get it off even w/soap. But I started using whatever the yellow tube is from CoverGirl recently and it's working pretty well for me. I have always been a Maybelline mascara fan! (If I splurge I get Dior Diorshow, but I spend way too much money on makeup, so I try not to splurge too much anymore.) Real Simple Magazine reviewed it and gave it a good review, so I tried it and I am in love. I get it in waterproof and it is the perfect combo of length and fullness. I used to do DiorShow, LashBlast...all the pricey stuff but this is my favorite. Have you tried waterproof?
